Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position Include:
Increasing sales with existing & developing new accounts in the region.
Working closely with J&J staff to capture customer requirements, provide timely quotes, and fulfill sales orders.
Working with marketing to develop and implement regional marketing plans, including attendance at regional and national trade shows.
Developing excellent working relationships with regional OEM sales personnel in assigned territories.
Gaining knowledge of the heavy vocational truck industry and becoming recognized as an expert within the industry network.
Sharing market intelligence with J&J sales, marketing, and product development personnel.
Attends regular training to keep abreast of new product and technology developments.
The position is home based with extensive travel throughout the assigned region. Because of this, we prefer that the selected individual resides within the assigned territory.
